As stated by Beatrice in Planet Optima,Eyh. I was still around when they started construction. It started in 2005. The 'mansion' is very close to Kolej itself. So, when the construction was going on, huge clouds of dusts would sometime got blown toward the school. So, whenever we go to the labs, we must close the windows and doors so the dusts won't get in. It's very annoying.
