Duck?(overhead a tourist...)

All lenses were trained on the kenyalang event, racing boats sporting the hornbill of Borneo for figureheads. Not quite everybody got the message though. “Why has that duck got a hat on?” a foreign tourist asked, surprised. Bystanders were quick to educate him on the point!
